This document defines the relationship between you and the c222 platform — please read it in full before using the service.

1 General Terms

By accessing the c222 platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the c222 platform ("Platform" or "we").

These terms apply to all c222 services in the Bangladesh market — including online casino games, slots, sports betting, and all related features. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility

To create an account on c222 and use any gaming service, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
  • You must be a real person; bots or automated methods are not permitted.
  • Each person may operate only one account.
  • You must use a payment method registered in your own name.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when opening an account must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. c222 reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel an account if false information is provided.

If your personal details change (such as your phone number or payment account), please notify our support team without delay.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

c222 may request identity verification from a user at any time. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, or verification of the payment method. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited.

  • Use a strong password that cannot be easily guessed.
  • Always log out after using someone else's device.
  • If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify support immediately.
  • You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, except for unauthorised use by a third party.
Transferring, selling, or allowing anyone else to operate your account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be cancelled.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

Only the following approved payment methods may be used to deposit funds into c222:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking service
  • Nagad — the postal department's mobile financial service
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service
  • Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile payment platform
Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. If this condition is violated, the deposited amount will be returned and the account may be suspended.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
  • Typical withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
  • c222 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — your total balance will be ৳2,200. Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — your total balance will be ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered in total before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Other Bonus Conditions

  • A bonus can only be used once and only one applies per account.
  • If an attempt is made to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled.
  • c222 reserves the right to change bonus terms or discontinue bonus programmes at any time.
  • If misuse of a bonus offer is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on c222 are operated fairly and transparently. The platform works with a range of world-class game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

  • All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable.
  • c222 has no way of intentionally influencing the outcome for any player, and this will never change.
  • Cheating in games, exploiting software errors, or using dishonest methods is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a technical fault or server disruption, c222 reserves the right to void that round and the staked amount will be returned.

6.3 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, if an event is cancelled or postponed after a bet has been accepted, the staked amount for that bet will be returned. c222 reserves the right to set the markets and odds for any match.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c222 platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately cancelled and the associated funds may be forfeited:

  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
  • Playing games or placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or any other software
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits
  • Using third-party payment methods or conducting transactions while concealing one's identity
  • Hacking, reverse engineering, or any unauthorised interference with the game software
  • Colluding with other users to defraud the platform
  • Using fake or another person's identity documents
c222 reserves the right to report any fraudulent or deceptive activity to the relevant authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

c222 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never replace the core financial or social responsibilities in one's life.

11 Changes to Terms & Account Termination

11.1 Changes to Terms

c222 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus where the wagering requirement has not been met will be cancelled.

11.3 Account Cancellation by c222

c222 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
  • Evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity
  • Providing false information or identity fraud
  • For legal or regulatory reasons
